- Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are only available for defective or damaged products. All refund requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
- Non-refundable Items: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds on digital downloads, custom orders, or personalized items, except in cases of defects in materials or workmanship.
- Process for Refund: To initiate a refund, please contact us at contact@actionshots.online. Provide a detailed description of the issue and include photographic evidence, if applicable. Our team will review your request and, if approved, will process the refund.
- Condition of Returned Items: For physical products, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3 business days.
- Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at contact@actionshots.online for further instructions.
