All orders will take place on our website

  • Parents can purchase their preferred print/package options right from their mobile device on or before Photo Day.

  • We will have staff on site during Photo Day for anyone needing further assistance.

  • We will ONLY prepare images for parents who have placed their order on or before Photo Day.

F.A.Q.

Q: How will I receive my photo order?

A: All Print orders will be prepared and shipped to the shipping address you enter at checkout. Digital Download orders will be delivered to the email address you entered at checkout.

Q: Every other time we have taken photos with Action Shots we received texts and emails to order our photos. Will we still receive those?

A: No. We are no longer using the online proofing galleries for our order processing. As a result, those who do not order, online, on or before photo day will NOT receive photos of their child.

Q: Do we get to select our favorite pose for the photos we order?

A: No. We are now using the same process used for Traditional school “Picture Day.” All photo orders will be processed using a smiling pose of your child unless otherwise noted by you in the notes section at checkout.

Q: Will we be able to order photos after the Photo day?

A: No. We will ONLY be preparing images for parents who have placed orders of their child on or before Photo Day. However, All parents who place an order on or before photo day will also receive gallery access to ALL images captured of their child, for a limited time; If they choose to order additional poses of their child.

Q: My question wasn’t answered here, what can I do?

A: The fastest way for assistance will be to use the chat bubble at the bottom of your screen to speak with a representative. If no one is available, you will still be able to submit your inquiry and we will respond within 24 to 48 hours. Another option is to text us at 502.532.1749. This number also has a voicemail box that is monitored daily.

Q: I have more than 1 child. Will I need to submit multiple orders?

A: Yes. Each child will require a separate order to avoid any production errors for your print products.
